I understand I must notify Temple Day Spa 48+ hours in advance to reschedule / cancel my appointment.
If I do not notify Temple Day Spa of my cancellation with 48+ hours notice a 50% fee of booked service(s) will be charged to my card on file or I will receive an invoice that must be paid before rescheduling.
Depending on the services booked, if I am late to my scheduled appointment, my service(s) may be shortened or rescheduled and I will be charged the full amount of scheduled service(s).
'No Shows' or Day Of Cancellations are required to pay 100% of the missed service. This includes appointments scheduled within 48 hours of my appointment.
No children under the age of 18 years old are permitted in the building, unless for an appointment supervised by a parent.
No animals.
